MASSAGE PRICE
(Prices are cheap because female customers generally do not prefer male masseurs..)
* 45 - 60 minutes session 400 TL (12 USD)
* 90 - 120 minutes session 600 TL (18 USD)
* 3 hours session 800 TL (24 USD)
Massage techniques I apply:
1-) Classic Massage (90 - 120 minutes full body Deep Tissue with German Hoffa technique) or (45-60 minutes full body classic massage without deep tissue work)

2-) Reflexology Foot Therapy (45-60 minutes)
3-) Shiatsu (90 - 120 minutes)
4-) Thai Yoga Massage (3 hours)

Are there any very important situations that need attention?
Especially patients with cardiovascular problems and healthy people should not have a massage on a full stomach. Get a massage approximately 2-3 hours after eating. Adjust your appointments or meal times accordingly. Eating is allowed after the massage.
Massage is very risky for febrile diseases such as flu, cancer, inflammatory rheumatism, menstrual period in women and the first 3 months of pregnancy. Massage may increase fever if there is an infection such as flu. Massage in cases of cancer and inflammation may spread to other organs, that is, metastasis. Since the internal vascular pressure is strong during the menstrual period, the vascular structure between the two pressures is disrupted when getting a massage. In pregnant women, miscarriage may occur in the first 3 months because the child cannot fully hold on to the uterus and circulation will be accelerated during massage.
